About Me

My Athletic Background

I spent 13 years as a competitive gymnast and dancer, followed by intensive training and study in professional dance and performance, which led to work in the performing arts industry. I later transitioned into competitive fitness and personal training, and now compete in HYROX, hybrid events, running, and functional fitness competitions.

These experiences have shaped how I coach. I help women perform at their best, build confidence, and unlock their full potential- showing them what they’re truly capable of.

My Coaching Focus

As a HYROX athlete and performance coach, I’m passionate about helping women get more from their training, whether that’s preparing for a HYROX, chasing a race PB, improving through hybrid training, or building a physique they feel proud of. My coaching provides the structure, nutrition, and support needed to perform at their best and feel confident, both in and out of the gym.

How coaching WOrks

We start with a consultation to understand your goals, current training, and lifestyle. From there, I create a fully personalised training program and nutrition plan designed to help you perform at your best.

You’ll get ongoing support and accountability through weekly check-ins, direct messaging, and access to my all-in-one online platform. Here you can follow your workouts with instructional videos, track nutrition, monitor health and recovery metrics, and access educational resources all in one place. Whether you’re training online or in-person at Results Gym Aberdeen, your plan is constantly adapted as you progress so you can unlock your full potential and see real, lasting results.

For those preparing for events, your coaching also includes race-day strategies, covering nutrition, tapering, recovery, and peaking guidance. Plans are tailored to help you perform at your best, whether that’s a HYROX, a half marathon, marathon, hybrid event, or other performance goal.
