My Athletic Background
I spent 13 years as a competitive gymnast and dancer, followed by intensive training and study in professional dance and performance, which led to work in the performing arts industry. I later transitioned into competitive fitness and personal training, and now compete in HYROX, hybrid events, running, and functional fitness competitions.
These experiences have shaped how I coach. I help women perform at their best, build confidence, and unlock their full potential- showing them what they’re truly capable of.
